The contents of the site, such as text, graphics, images, are for informational purposes only. The site does not guarantee the accuracy or authenticity of the information. Use of any information appearing on this site is solely at the user's own risk.
Information is intended for use by registered member of Chirostats only and may
not be sold or redistributed. Copying or storing any content, reprinting or electronically
reproducing any document or graphic in whole or in part for any reason is expressly
prohibited, unless prior written consent is obtained from Chirostats, LLC.
Our site's registration and query requires users to give us personal information,
such as their name, e-mail, and demographic information, such as their address and
telephone number. The user's personal information is used to contact the member
as and when neccessary. This personal information allows us to inform you about
updates to the service and further additions on www.Chirostats.com. We collect personal
information from the user when they register on www.Chirostats.com or when they submit
a question to us. We safeguard this information to maintain the user's privacy to
the best of our ability.
Transactions between our members and www.Chirostats.com are transmitted using a secure server. All payment transaction data is encrypted using industry standard 128/256 bit SSL encryption.
User Name and Password
You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the registration
process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password
or account. You agree to immediately notify Chirostats, LLC of any unauthorized
use of your password or account or any other breach of security. You also agree
that you will exit your account at the end of each session. Chirostats, LLC cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your
username and password. Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity may
be grounds for termination of your account, at the sole discretion of Chirostats,
LLC.
User Conduct
User shall use www.Chirostats.com for lawful purposes only. User shall not post or transmit through www.Chirostats.com, any material which violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others, which is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity right, vulgar, obscene, profane, or otherwise objectionable. User shall not use www.Chirostats.com to advertise or perform any commercial solicitation.
Chirostats, LLC is based in the USA. The providers make no claims that the content is appropriate or may be downloaded outside of the USA. Access to the content may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If the user accesses the site from outside the USA, the user may do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of their jurisdiction.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Chirostats, LLC and its officers, agents, employees,
and licensors, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys'
fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post,
transmit, or otherwise make available through the Service, your use of the Service,
your connection to the Service, your violation of the Terms of Use, or your violation
of any right of another.
Termination
Chirostats, LLC may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to
all or part of the Service for any reason, including, without limitation, breach,
or assignment of this agreement.
Waiver of Severability of Terms
The failure of Chirostats, LLC to exercise or enforce any right or provision of
the Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any
provision of the Terms of Use is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be
invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect
to the parties intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions
of the Terms of Use remain in full force and effect.
The user also understands that the provider cannot and does not guarantee or warrant
that files available for downloading through the Service will be free of infection,
viruses, worms, or other code that manifest contaminating or destructive properties.
Terms of Service
The member may use the Sevice free for 30 days by providing the required personal
information such as their name, address, phone number, e-mail, etc. No payment information
will be necessary at that time. At the completion of the member's free 30 day trial
period, should the member desire to continue their Chirostats service, they will
need to upgrade their account to a Premium membership. At that time, the member
will be required to provide payment information. The member may upgrade to a Premium
membership at any time during the free 30 day trial period by providing payment
information. If payment information is not provided at that time, membership will
be cancelled.
Cancellation Policy
Chirostats membership is billed on a month to month basis. No long term contract
is required. A member may cancel their membership at any time. If a member cancels,
their service may be terminated effective immediately or continued through the remainder
of the current month's billing/payment cycle. No refund or credit will be issued.
If a member would like to cancel their membership to Chirostats, please e-mail Customer Service at "Contact Us" and request that your membership be cancelled.
I certify that I am at least 18 years of age and I have read and understand the
foregoing agreement and agree to be bound by all of its terms.
